INDIVIDUALS & FAMILIES

MetroMorphosis supports a definition of reentry as "the compassionate reintegration of newly released persons through autonomous organization and mediation of supportive networks by engaging service providers, employers, and political entities," so that structural and personal barriers are transcended within the Baton Rouge community and beyond.

This site is designed to solidify a network of Wilson-funded reentry organizations, corrections personnel, additional providers, and other key entities to build efficiency and greater collaboration to the benefit of those in need of service. We hope as well to increase capacity among providers and inform their work providing advocacy and systems-change investments. Ultimately, we seek greater public investment in adults returning to our community after they have paid their debt to society.
