Victim services program provides telephone, face-to-face counseling, and support groups to victims of domestic abuse and family violence. Victim services program includes a safe house shelter services program that offers temporary emergency housing to victims of abuse and their children who have no safe place to stay when escaping domestic abuse or family violence. Room and board are provided at no cost for a limited time. The victim services program offers abuse victims case management services with information and referral to other community resources, advocacy, and support services.

Mission

Part 1: to serve the family violence victims. Activities include 24 hour hotline, counseling advocacy, temporary emergency shelter, education, and training. - Part 3: to end domestic violence in the capital area through serving victims of domestic violence, educating the public about domestic violence, and working to eliminate economic, social, and cultural conditions and attitudes that contribute to domestic violence.
